Leadership Team Tune-Up

Get aligned. Get focused. Get moving.

Get aligned. Get focused. Get moving.

Even high-performing leadership teams can benefit from a strategic reset. Over time, roles shift, priorities evolve, and assumptions about how decisions are made or how the team functions can create friction or simply slow things down. That's where Leadership Team Tune-Up comes in.

This focused, facilitated session is designed to help leadership teams take a step back from the day-to-day and recalibrate how they work together. Leadership Team Tune-Up is a scaled-down version of our Full High Performance Teamwork Training course that focuses on purpose, roles, decision-making, and meeting protocols. Whether you're a new team just coming together or a seasoned group facing new challenges, this experience offers the time and structure to realign around purpose, process, and performance.

What We Cover

  • Clarify the Job of the Team – understand not just individual responsibilities, but what the leadership team is collectively responsible for.
  • Define Decision-Making Norms – align on how decisions are made, what's decided by consensus, what's delegated, and how input is gathered.
  • Refine Meeting Protocols – reimagine how you meet, when, how often, and for what purpose, so time together is focused and meaningful.

Why It Matters

A leadership team that operates with clarity and cohesion is better equipped to lead the rest of the organization. When expectations are shared, decision-making is transparent, and collaboration is smooth, the ripple effects are felt throughout the entire organization—boosting morale, speeding up execution, and reducing costly misalignment.

The Outcome: A Team Charter

At the end of the session, your team will walk away with a practical, co-created Team Charter—a living document that captures your shared agreements on purpose, roles, decision-making, and meeting protocols. This becomes a vital reference point for onboarding new members, revisiting priorities, and staying grounded during moments of change or stress.

Who It's For

  • New or newly restructured leadership teams
  • Executive teams facing rapid growth or organizational change
  • High-functioning teams looking to fine-tune their effectiveness

Duration

Typically delivered as a two-day workshop, in person.
